Tuesday, 27 July 2010  This past weekend BBYC Women’s Committee hosted the NS Women’s Keelboat Championships. This years event attracted 11 boats and over 50 participants. The event was a resounding success. All participants were impressed with the quality of racing and fully enjoyed the off-water activities.

Saturday, 24 July 2010  After 2 days of training out of the Northern Yacht Club in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, and two great days of racing, the sailors in Optimist Dinghies, 420s, Laser Radial and Laser wrapped up Sail East 2010 today.
78 boats competed at the event from Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador..

Thursday, 15 July 2010  Several Nova Scotia sailors are competing this week at world championships and some have had outstanding results.
2008 Paralympic Champion Paul Tingley from RNSYS finished the 2.4 mR Worls 4th overall narrowly missing the podium due to a tie-break. The 2.4 mR worlds were held in Holland.
