J24 handicap review process began with a general discussion on various approaches to addressing handicaps when issues are raised.  This included quality of race data, boat types and handicap spreads which should be included in the review process.  Further analyses of race data was needed as well as input from other committee members so no motions were tabled.  Review process would continue at the March meeting.

Motion was tabled to include bowsprit pole length and spinnaker dimensions in the handicap database which was passed.
